I just got a home machine to do back extensions at home since I'm not comfortable doing them in a crowded gym. I was planning on doing glutes every other day. Is that too much? Mind you, I sit ALL day at work behind a desk, and my backside is flatttt.

For my 3 day work out I have day 1 full body day 2 full leg day and day 3 upper body. Today I did full leg day with leg extensions 3x10 goblet squats 3x10 hamstring curl 2x10 and rdls 3x10 is this a good structure for a full leg day am still trying to figure it out

i just bumped down from 3 legs days to 2 after a year or so, bcs while ive seen massive growth in my quads and the shape of my glutes have def rounded out,, im tryna see if maybe taking the load down on my glutes will help double my glutes in size🎀

It’s all about repping full range of motion til fatigue & feed em. 2 - 3 times a week , don’t work if you’re exhausted. Rest & eat

This has worked for me I do about 4 workouts and always rest between sets for atleast 3 minutes. My issue is I’m in perimenopause so in order for me to burn fat around my abdomen I will have to do so much cardio! 😩
