Seriously why are people posting nonsense, none of this is new and it all depends on the design from engineers and architects, and the costs are much the same, concrete slab or block and beam, insulation required on both designs as is screed, block and beam allows for a void under side so reduces movement and water penetration

We call it Rib and Block! It is one way to build multi-storied houses but instead of a little cement on top, we cover it with at least 100-150 mm concrete with rebar
