He looks like he’s retarded. Retarded or not he needs to be in prison for the rest of he’s life or the death penalty. It’s really opened my eyes now because I get a lot of parcels online and I usually don’t have any contact with deliverers unless I have to sign for a parcel. I have encountered a few weird deliverers all of them men. The woman are good it’s just the men which are a bit strange. I think after this Moms and baby sitters even old ladies like me need to be cautious. Remember we don’t know what these strangers are like and they are coming right up to our house and into our front yard to deliver packages.
