just watched your routine videos & I have 2 questions: Have you ever removed K18 from your routine for an extended period (ie min 6 mths) & solely relied on the other products you use & if so what difference did it make? 2: it's commonly accepted that we should only wash our scalp & just let the soapy water run through mids & ends while rinsing, especially if we have dry damaged hair, if you oil your mids & ends pre shampoo, surely you'd then HAVE to wash your mids & ends or your hair would still have product in & would eventually be heavy & flat from product build up & in doing so, your just drying out your hair? using a 'clarifying' shampoo is incredibly stripping, especially on coloured hair, but you have to use one to prevent product build up. surely if you simply used less products, you wouldn't then need to use something to strip them out??

this makes sense but I swear I did all the “right” techniques and still saw no real results 🫠 my hair stayed thin, dull, and I kept buying more products thinking that was the fix… it got exhausting and expensive fast. why are we adding products to our scalp? unless you have a scalp condition this us going to cause buildup on your roots and will make your hair look oily but not actually hydrate it...
