And that’s where your power comes back. Because now your energy can finally go somewhere useful. You can learn. Adjust. Make tawbah if you made a mistake. Try again. Build something different. Take the next opportunity. Sometimes Allah closes a door you were absolutely convinced needed to remain open. And you might not understand why for months. Sometimes years. But eventually you realise your responsibility was never to control every outcome. It was to respond properly to whatever Allah allowed to reach you. You cannot build your next chapter whilst spending every day trying to rewrite the last one. What happened, happened. Take the lesson. Trust Allah. And ask yourself: “What is the best thing I can do from here?” Because your life can change very quickly when you stop giving all your energy to what you’ve lost... And start giving it to what you can still build.
