For me, choosing a dr is look going on a universe store website, you know what you have in mind going in, (like say a purple medium sized sweater with red polka dots) so you click on the specifications to finally get to my desired product. You want a sweater, you want it medium sized, purple, and with red polka dots. Until you got your dr down!!

is it possible to have affirmation shortcuts? like at least in my definition shifting is like repeating the same thing over and over again until you shift but what if your script is detailed? can you assign a single word for it as an exemple have a very detailed script but istead of saying it a milion times you just like get it in your head that a certain word means your entire script earlier and when you shift instead of saying the whole long script you just say one word like "strawberries" as an exemple? is that possible? or was i shifting wrong this entire time and ur jot supposed to repeat the script while shifting?

is it possible to get stuck in a DR? What happens when your DR form is changed (let's say you're a shapeshifter, and you turn into a animal, how would that feel?) If you shifted to a cartoon show, how would it look like in your perspective? 1st person 2nd person or 3rd person?
