It goes beyond immigration. Theyre trying to start going after the reconstruction amendments, which i see as a direct attack on Black Americans as well as Natives. Before the 14th Amendment, in Dred Scott SCOTUS ruled that Black people, whether enslaved or free, could never be citizens. If the right & Trump successfully argues that the 14th Amendment was "meant only for the children of slaves" they are essentially saying the Amendment has "completed its mission". This administration is insidious.
