Girl I would have LOST IT. You’re so much better than me!! One of my bridesmaids gave the wrong measurements (she was living overseas at the time) and the fit was SO off it couldn’t even be altered. I had to last minute (a WEEK before the wedding) order her a dress from eBay and have my tailor adjust it for her.

That first mockup was so wrong. That should have gotten returned and completely redone. It was too far off to even be useful as a fitting tool. Someone screwed up the measurements in the drafting process.

I legit don't know how they fucked up this badly. As a commission artist I haven't ever fucked up a tenth this bad, and I'm not even a luxury brand expecting thousands upon thousands of dollars from my clients

You may as well have travelled to Indonesia when it came time for the first fittings 😅 I feel like the end total cost would have been similar to the flights, hotel AND the dress. Gorgeous dress btw!
