Thanks for the tip about the sulfur mask, I’ll try it, but doctor, what about IVERMECTIN? Sometimes I only have redness, sometimes papules appear and persist for weeks. I’ve heard it can work well even if Demodex isn’t the cause. Could you tell me something about it? Thank you. I can’t tolerate azelaic acid at any concentration. 🥺
