We should not have to call a contractor test our home or business for mold. It should be a lot more simple somebody has got to figure out a way to have a simple way to test and monitor mold.

Citric acid is in many different canned condiments, jellies, dried fruits and it is now made from BLACK MOLD. My twin sister and I were getting many headaches even though we were eating healthy and so we started keeping mental notes on everything that we ate and breaking the ingredients down and all of them had one thing in common and it was citric acid!! Sun-Dried tomatoes, hearts of palm, olives, pickles, dried fruits that we were putting on our salads.... So many foods are laced with it and it is a toxin so I'm trying to educate other people who suffer from migraines that citric acid can be a trigger. since we started eliminating anything that had citric acid in it, our headaches have almost completely gone away.
