@iampeachfit: Here they are!👇🏼 1. Eat the same meals on rotation…decision fatigue around food leads to bad choices every time. 2. Never show up to a social event starving…you will always overeat, plan a protein snack before you go. 3. Make your environment do the work…if the junk isn’t in your house, you won’t eat it at 11pm. 4. Volume eat before you restrict…fill half your plate with low calorie, high volume food first so cravings don’t run the show. 5. Stop starting over every Monday the meal you messed up doesn’t erase the week, just get back on the next one.

if you're a fan of sports, you could think of each week as a 7 game series. it's always best to win in 4 games, but it's ok if you mess up a day or 2, just keep fighting!
