@burtonsteve512: So we have to stop beating ourselves up. Don't beat yourself up. I know it's easier said than done, but man, this is probably gonna resonate with a lot of people because I coach a lot of people, and this is something I struggled with myself for a long time, was beating myself up. If I had a falter or a misstep, I would beat myself up, and then you would feel guilty about it and then you wouldn't do anything positive for yourself. But you have to show yourself some grace. You have to show yourself some kindness. You have to forgive yourself just like you would forgive others. That's why these positive habits daily are so important.
