stainless steel is horrible, it is getting advertised as a high end pan that is good, but it is made out of the cheapest material ever. they are using us to make money, what should you get? get yourself a cast iron.

I think what bugs me is nobody ever says heat the pan to this temp range. The water thing is okay, I guess. But just give a temp the pan should be.
