@thecharlilillian: New assistive hooks for the gym are EXCELLENT for those of us with less hand function. I usually use my @Active Hands grip gloves, but these hooks by @fitnessavenueca are a perfect alternative! These allow me to quickly swap between workouts with no or minimal assistance.
