I saw another NYC creator recently who is part of a grocery store collective where they buy products in bulk and sell it to members for less. The membership cost is working a 3 to 4 hour shift once per month. Sounds like something you might be into.

I’m curious, isn’t there something like a monthly subscription for public transport so it’d be cheaper? Spending 6 $ every time for going to and from work seems like a lot to me.

Love your content! Not sure if it would make sense for you location wise, but have you tried Lidl for grocery staples? They have one in Kips Bay and the LES now, and I find that they are significantly cheaper than TJs for most items, if you are cooking and not eating ready made stuff. I do love TJs for fun items every now and then though (wegmans at Astor place also has surprisingly good deals on certain shelf items like pasta, canned beans, lentils, etc that is better priced than both Lidl and TJs!).
