I love that you did this recipe for your kids. That is awesome. As parents, we all know that we want to make the fancy Michelin star meal but we know the kids really want McNuggets lol. My kids really love it when I make a homemade honey dill sauce for the nuggets. One part honey to 2 parts mayo, and seasoned with dill.

I tried to write the recipe as the video went along for myself and anyone else that wanted the written version if this is incorrect, let me know and I’ll try to edit it . 1 pound chicken breast, rough cut/chopped in a bowl, 2 teaspoons of salt and a half a teaspoon of white pepper, 2 tablespoon of cornstarch, mix well, put into food processor and processed until it makes the ball or comes together. Portion into small balls and then shape into nuggets, put them in the freezer for at least a half hour to have them keep the shape, roll them in cornstarch, oil in pan needs to be 350° , batter is a cup of flour, a quarter cup of cornstarch, teaspoon of paprika, half a teaspoon of salt, quarter teaspoon of white pepper, half a teaspoon of garlic powder, a can of club soda mixed into a runny batter, take the Nuggets from the freezer, dip them into the batter, oil temperature 350, small batches 4-5 at a time, bigger batches with a bigger pan, about four minutes cook time depending on how frozen they are. He said four minutes should be good. internal temperature anything over 160. Cook until golden. Use whatever dipping sauce you want. Barbecue, Korean, honey mustard, ketchup, etc.
