I have to turn people away regularly trying to put me at risk by not having car seats or boosters. I promise that lil bit of nothing that they pay us is not worth the cost of what will happen if an accident or something happens while they're in our cars.

Yeah it’s the law and not safe to not have a child in a car or booster seat I wouldn’t allow it either

I live in PA and if I get caught as an Uber driver with a child under the age of 8 and no booster… I am the one going to jail for child endangerment not the mom. So unfortunately I have to turn down riders with no boosters/car seat
