I didnt find out until this year that people were using the same laundry basket for clothes. its contaminated to me to put your clean clothes in the basket that once held them while dirty

I do this. If it hits the floor, it’s automatically contaminated. Also if my clothes connects with the knob to turn on, it’s contaminated because I turn on the knob after loading dirty clothes.

Yeah I do this and I’ll wash my hands after touching the washing machine door. This is to prevent cross contamination from when I would’ve placed the dirty laundry in the washing machine, prior. My hands need to be fully clean when dealing with clean laundry 🙌

If I don’t wash my hands, no laundry is being moved. If it touches the outside of the dryer or the door, it’s back to the washer.😂

it's just a constant cycle at my house. Washing machine to dryer, drop some, rewash those, back in dryer. pull out of dryer but I had a dirty tshirt on, back to washer.

I have to be thr only person that touches my laundry. I have to wash my hands before I put them in the dryer and when I get them out. I have to write everything down step by step to make sure I am washing them correctly and I have to open the lid to make sure its suddsy enough or I have to restart it. and if ANYTHING falls on the floor they will be rewashed. Its literally exhausting!!!!

i have “clean” and “dirty” laundry baskets and if clean clothes go in the dirty basket it needs rewashed
