Hit the Auckland Museum, great place for the kids and yrselves to soak up some Aotearoa NZ history, flaura and fauna. They have great activities for kids. Our kids loved it.

Welcome to to Tauranga/Papamoa. Here are some things to do on rainy days (once you have adjusted/settled). Bayfair shopping mall, and Bayfair or Papamoa to go to the Cinemas. For the Parents there is the gym in Papamoa called Anytime Fitness. There is Baywave which is an indoor swimming pool complex with a wave pool, hydroslide, lane pool, and spa pool. If you need warm clothes for the winter months or rainy days Kathmandu, Macpac, and Bivouac are really good shops to checkout. If you need Gumboots… redband is a really popular Kiwi gumboot brand.

Welcome to New Zealand, bit of a crap time to arrive, weather wise 😅 one way I can suggest to help with jetlag and time differences is get outside in the fresh air and daylight as much as possible during the day and even into the evening, it really helps with sleep because it sort of resets your melatonin levels for the correct times, hope that makes sense ❤️take time to cry, rest, breathe, and enjoy your new home xx
