My theory is that those ‘corner shops’ are the biggest misconception. Years ago the ‘corner shops’ were the cheapest and we were encouraged to support them. But now these are shops that are actually branches of massive corporations. ’eurospars’ for example they are more expensive and we are just popping in and end up spending more than we actually would do in Tescos. I avoid them where I can
