She was the year below me at school. Kirriemuir is a small place where everyone knows everyone, so this case has always felt so close to home. It breaks my heart every time I hear about it. I personally don’t think parole should’ve ever been an option and should have had a longer sentence. The bike ride they do every year around Angus is such a beautiful tribute, and it keeps growing every year! Steven will never be forgotten.
