this is too real 🫠 I always thought meditation would fix everything but my brain just wouldn’t slow down… I’d get distracted instantly and feel like I was doing it wrong. it got frustrating fast and I honestly gave up for a while. nothing helped long term. then a girl in a healing group talked about Eat Like A Woman Protocol written by Loren Green and I gave it a try. within weeks I felt more balanced, less foggy, dropped 30 lbs. honestly feels like hidden info.
