I always says i’m fine. Then my friend forced me to speak up.. and when i show her my complicated side, now i am the problematic friend and annoying. lol. Never again.

I used to say 'I'm fine' 'it's nothing' & switch to 'I'm good'. I've been handling my own problems since young & I can guarantee nothing u say, will help me. don't pity me because I hate that look. I come to realize that most people just want to be included in your drama, to share with others. the realest ones are those who will laugh with u at your problems, because they know u need that distraction badly.. at the same time, they understand that u are revealing your vulnerable side.... I have a bestie who totally gets me & vice versa. we will say a little prayer for each other.. send reels that hit your vulnerable spot.. once, when we were younger, we even gave each other a diary to write in daily & do an exchange so we both understood that we were not alone.. that we had each other's back. funny story, we always gave an empty diary back because it got too much & we both didn't want the other person to worry... more than 20years friendship & I couldn't ask for more... with her, I can be open with my feelings.

Holy balls. I’ve never thought about it like this before but it makes so much sense. I say ‘I’m fine’ because I just don’t want him to worry about me, and try to fix me! I can fix myself, I will do, at some point… but it’s not some you can help me with rn!
