Boil peeled potatoes until soft, then mash. 2. Mix in seasonings, cornstarch, Doritos, and parsley. 3. Shape, add cheese in the center, and form into balls. 4. Freeze for 1 hour. 5. Coat in egg, then breadcrumb+Dorito mix. 6. Fry at 170–180°C (340–350°F) until golden and crispy.
