Yasss very important to stay on your medication like I’m literally going through it right now lord.. it get sooo painful when you don’t take your medication on time

i had an unscheduled c section 4 days ago. i was discharged home the next day. i've been doing okay but some things are scary. a feeling of shortness of breath due to how weird my abdominal muscles feel. pain in managed well with meds. very tired. baby had jaundice so we are still in and out of appointments and admissions at the hospital but doing well. i suggest using your support system the most you can. i keencrying for exhaustion and my husband is the best help. and sleep! if your family or support system say go take a nap, go take a nap!! it feels guilty to nap but you deserve it, you can't care for your new baby if you can't function!

I was up and walking within 24hrs after surgery. It wasn’t easy, especially when the pain killers wear off but I’ve recovered faster than expected. Now it’s been almost 2 weeks and I can stand up and lay down on my own without pain.

Currently recovering from my second c section tomorrow will be officially 1 week pp and I just stopped pain meds on Friday night pain is becoming a little more tolerable 🥺

I have had 2 c section . The more you walk the easier it gets . I did rest . I walked a lot with my 1st when he was in the hospital at 10days old. My 2nd walking back and forth to NICU helped me too

I had my second, and final, c section on the 20th and I SWEAR the wound vac I had on it after helped so much more than I thought!! I rarely take pain meds since being home and I think its bc of it!!
