Possible revisions could be: keywords presented per slide (less words, more visuals), More brand design in the slides (something that would make them remember YOU as a brand, not just your logo), Play around your strengths and set the difference the brand will make if it enters the global market versus existing brands which also have the same values and goals

as someone who works on the compliance team at Sephora CA, i highly highly suggest adding some points in how you plan to reach global compliance or adjust your products to comply regionally! packaging, claims, and most importantly formulation!!

This is great, maybe you should add a little bit about the brand direct relationship with the customer, how Ingu makes us feel participants and part of the process not just by content creation but by asking us stuff about our interests and sking care consumption. And a little more brand design on the slides will give it more presence and make it memorable.

just make your slides like you talk. you are great at speaking, compellingly, structured and concise. your slides are none of that. they don't feel like you. the fonts are old. the graphics look like a B2B brand presentations from the 90s. no clear visual structure, my eyes are dashing all over the page when trying to take in each page. use some AI to turn your clip into the presentation and let someone from your marketing department with a good eye for structure and aesthetic do the design. you'll rock them!!

I think u should add some slides for conversion numbers and commercial value of Ingu. The trajectory of how the brand grew, how many bottles are sold in xx period etc. thatll be sth that retailers will look at (coming frm someone who worked at one of the top retailers in sg)

honestly, ingu could do better than sephora. i’d be happy if you’re in watsons or guardian around SEA. maybe if you really want, your brand can work with sephora for their western counterparts. just not in asia…
