He’s 1000% and it’s being extremely reasonable and accommodating. He could demand way way more if he wanted to. If the ball is really so important to the player. Then he can spare five minutes to meet a fan who is graciously giving up something that he rightfully owns that may potentially be worth a lot of money one day for almost nothing in return
