WILL IT FOCACCIA?! S’mores 🍫🍡🔥  I’m putting the ingredients list here but this written recipe is too long for the caption limits! Hopefully you can use the video as guidance - full written recipe linked in bio as always.  Ingredients: For the dough: 1 batch focaccia dough (click focaccia tutorials playlist button above my grid) 3oz/86g chopped up milk chocolate bars (2 bars if using Hershey’s) 4 honey Graham crackers (60g) blitzed into crumbs For the filling:  3 honey Graham crackers (45g) blitzed into crumbs 3oz/86g milk chocolate squares (2 bars if using Hershey’s) 3/4 cup (45g) mini marshmallows For the topping: 1.5 Tablespoons (22g) melted salted butter 3 honey Graham crackers (45g)crushed into a crumbs with some larger pieces 1/2 cup (80g) chocolate chips 22 regular sized marshmallows, 1/4 of them cut into thirds  For the garnish: 2.5 honey graham crackers, each snapped into 8 mini squares  20 squares of milk chocolate (similar size to Graham crackers)  Optional: 3/4 cup (85g) Marshmallow fluff, for piping  As mentioned in the video, the mini marshmallows completely disappeared in the dough and filling. For the reason, I’ve omitted them from the dough in the written recipe (they melted and made the dough too sticky) but I’ve kept them in the filling. If you’d like more gooey marshmallows in the s’mores focaccia there are two options: parbake the focaccia for 14 minutes with the larger marshmallows and then add the sliced marshmallows onto the bread for the final 5-10 minutes of bake time (they’ll be less toasted, more gooey). Another option (which is very EXTRA!) would be to pipe in some marshmallow fluff into the focaccia - let it cool for about 15 mins after it’s out of the oven, poke some large holes and pipe it in, like I did with the jam focaccia! #focacciatok #willitfocaccia #breadtok #foodporn #bigback
