I love mine. Shirts fit better and it has helped psychologically to lose weight. it's not a weight loss tool per se because you still have to do the work. also when you lose a lot of weight, skin doesn't go back to the way it was. it's stretched out forever until you can get surgery to fix it and honestly that's expensive.
