this is not accurate for everyone I developed diabetic retinopathy 3 years ago I'm 37, been diabetic for 25 years and that's not what my eye sight looks like I also have floaters and they don't look like that either

I already got glaucoma when I was 12 in one eye. My brother was diagnosed last year at the age of 35. It’s not just affecting older people. I’m on preventative care for my other eye now in case it shows signs of developing. My brother has it in both eyes.

cataracts from birth. retinal detachments both eyes at 37 very little sight left the floaters and distortion is the worst

Cataracts doesn’t look like that, it rather looks like a seeing through fogged glasses, especially when you look at something with bright light behind it. Some floaters may be visible but they will not be that big.

65 now. 2 years ago i got big black floaters that appeared. they are mild now. i mostly see them when i go outside and look at the blue sky. I do have cataracts. not bad enough for surgery yet. i also have glaucoma. I Diagnosed with both at 63.
