@seannalewanyj: Train hard. Track your lifts. Stay consistent. There's a lot more to it than that of course, but those are the 3 biggest levers. 📱 To get my complete TrainWise system that combines everything I've learned over the past 25 years, hit link in bio. #Fitness #bodybuilding #gym #workout
Me personally the thing that held me back most is what I ate

I agree but careful with injuries. Personally I train for health not to be jacked or extremely ripped. Most of my training is based on my diet and consistently lifting throughout the years.

Age matters. Try to maximize gym gains before 20. Newbie gains at this age are ridiculous. After that it’s exponentialy harder

does that mean that u can still a good body no matter what age? even though I started at 16 years old nowadays I struggle alot with consistency ( and probably discipline too) due to my complicated schoo schedule.

I’ve worked out off and on for about 20 years, and maybe I’m just thick, but up until recently I didn’t know the difference between muscle fatigue and actual failure. Once I started doing my sets until absolute failure, then I started noticing better gains

funny how many people are saying genetics, but I've been training for almost a decade now and I reckon less than 1% of people I see training in the gym train with enough intensity to reach their goals

this is what I've been saying. those that just go through the motions don't improve.

Logbook is definitely the way. Been tracking every set and rep and have been seeing the best gains ever

What if I take 3-5min break between each set but train every one until failure and it doesn’t tank my recovery?
