Well, this is Canggu Shortcut — notorious for being the most congested road in Canggu… its main problem is that too many cars try to squeeze through a narrow road that was never designed for that much traffic. Everybody posts photos & videos of this road on social media and acts like it's representative of Canggu as a whole. In reality, only a few roads get seriously clogged at certain times of the day, mainly Canggu Shortcut and sections of Jalan Raya Canggu, the area's main road. Most of the other roads in Canggu are generally fine. If empty roads are your thing, head to the ghost town of Kuta and leave Canggu to the rest of us✌🏼😉
