Alfredo Orzo Recipe: - 1 tbsp olive oil - 2-4 cloves of garlic - 1 tsp black pepper - 1/2 c orzo - 1 1/4 cup liquid (water or broth) - 1/2 c butter (1/4 c if you want it less saucy!) - 1 c heavy cream (1/2 c if you want is less saucy!) - 2 tsp onion powder - 2 tsp garlic powder - 1/4 tsp nutmeg - 1 1/2 c Parmesan (freshly grated is BESTTTT) - Parsley for topping (optional but so good!)
