ive noticed this. my account is a very niche brand of nerdy fandom art, and the videos that get high views are NOT the ones that get the most followers. because the people who arent interested in my niche REALLY arent, and thats okay! my small audience of geeks is growing slowly but theyre all here for the right reasons

I like this. You have to identify your real end-point goal. Views is not a goal. It’s a means to a goal. If your goal really is just “views” then you need to ask yourself the question: “ok, then what?”.
