Just wanted to clear up the 1-star “scam” reviews 😭 This couch is on backorder right now, and Ovios sent some people free gifts while they wait. A few customers got sheet sets or other gifts first and thought that was their whole order. The actual couch ships separately in 2 large boxes. Ovios is a blue verified shop with over 55k sales, so it’s definitely not a scam. Current estimated ship date is May 23rd.

do the seats actually velcro to the base? I'm hearing some reviews that they do and some reviews that they don't. also, can you remove even the seat cushions and the ottoman cushions to wash. again, hearing some reviews saying you can some. are you saying you can't. please clarify

I have a steamer it’s handheld and has an ironing plate, is that what you used? And did you touch it to the fabric? I have the exact same couch and don’t want to mess it up 😂
