Oh that’s not true. I have visited so many times, people do speak English there, and also, they respect their language, CH has many languages German, French, Italy and I am sorry I forgot one language. But Zurich is mostly German spoken by the people but also it is highly English speaking people are there. Train is silent, people work inside the train minding their own business. Zurich train station is little complicated (at least for me) but if I ask anyone people helps there. Also, if people don’t speak English then I guess we all live in modern Era we can use Google translation( I did) and people will help you. Be nice to people and they will understand and appreciate you.

Nein, ich denke, das Problem ist, wenn die Leute den Unterschied zwischen zufälligen Reisen und ordnungsgemäß geplanten Reisen nicht kennen. Einer der saubersten Orte, die ich je zuvor in europäischen Bahnhöfen gesehen habe, und in Bezug auf die Sprache sind sie so höflich und führen die Leute, wenn Sie sie fragen, was Sie über Tickets und Zugfahrpläne wissen möchten
