Had my first HR experience ever in my life, told the truth, sent proof, had emails from the company about how the policy they investigated was not yet active at the time, still fired. No warning, no prior write ups, top performer, constantly promoted, even to leadership, etc. HR is NOT for you

if you already had a meeting but didn't try anything u said. how can u ask for a raise since things are going up in price. you see me which is below you coming in higher pay wit a bonus. not like it passes your salary but passes every other manager in that position. you see people below u get raises just because they threat they will quick. if they let u go because u argue this point is that right. if u need more info ask
