I wish someone would’ve told me this would make people so obsessed…. One thing I’ve noticed after losing over 100 pounds is how comfortable people become judging someone else’s stomach. What exactly is a stomach supposed to look like after that much weight loss? More importantly… why does it matter to you? It isn’t your body. It doesn’t affect your health. It doesn’t impact your family, your finances, or your future. So why are you spending so much energy worrying about someone else’s stomach? I worked hard for this body, and I’m proud of the progress I’ve made. If all you can see is my stomach, maybe it’s time to ask yourself why that’s the part you chose to focus on.
