great to see ..battled my demons since my teens ..44 now and 11 months sober and actually talking about my problems ..finding people who listen..finding a community who you arent ashamed to tell your story to ..great to see ✌🙏

What you said about talking about the taboo side of Mental Health is such a massive thing!! I help with Pieta and it's one thing I say all the time is we have to get uncomfortable, upset to over come the stigma about mental health but unfortunately it's still very much swept under the rug!! Fair play to you and may you keep going and keep reaching others who may need it!! xxx
