I was just thinking about this this morning. for years I wore covering clothes cause this is how my husband wanted it. and up until a few weeks ago I still wore longer vests or hoodies cause of the weather. but now here in belgium the weather has become very nice so this morning I left the house in a t-shirt that didn't even cover my behind and all the way to the shop I found myself pulling it down. cause my husband has brainwashed me so badly that even now as an ex muslim I think I am sinning when I wear shorter or more revealing clothes. it is such a mindf*ck...

btw it might seem irrelevant but can h please do a video of an advise or idk tips since u know lots of things about healing past wounds on how to get over deep regrets of missed chances and opportunities that COULDVE been taken bc u had all the circumstances that allowed u to take it but u didn’t even when u could’ve been happier taking them but u didn’t take it bc it felt so big for u to take it and that u don’t deserve it and that ur too small for having a big chance like that around u how do u deal with all these what ifs loops and to deal with self loathing that comes with it for like everyday haunting u for the fact that u are the one that made ur self miserable and not anyone else by not taking the chance even when all the circumstances that u had allowed u to take it but u never did and even if later in life there would be other similar chances it’ll never feel the same or replace the chance that felt so perfect for u to take back then and u just have to live with being stuck in that moment where u could’ve choose things differently but u can’t change that and that’s just almost impossible to accept honestly so how do u deal with that and how to cope with it and do u even have an experience on that to understand what im saying ?:/:>

Ok but the religion doesn’t necessarily say that your body is bad but it says it needs to be hidden like when the verse in the quran said “oh prophet tell thy wives and daughters to draw their cloaks over their heads so they are recognized and not molested” doesn’t it mean that our bodies are distracting to the men😭😭😭😭

also you need exposure therapy, no matter how you feel do it even if you do little steps it's good, with time it will feel more normal then you get to the point where you ask yourself: HOW TF DID I THINK THIS IS WRONG OR HARD.
