I have a double stigmatism. I have a strong prescriptions on my glasses when I put these things on I can read little tiny print. I don’t know how it does it. It’s amazing.

Back in the 70s, my little brother and myself used to laugh at my dad cause he made these glasses he had into glasses like this little holes in them and he said that he could see through them better without having to use his prescription glasses. And me and my little brother used to laugh, our asses off cause he was walking around with tape with little holes

It’s all about how much light you were allowing into your eyes. It works similarly to House squinting improves your vision.

I had lasik done back in 1999 best thing I ever did. My eyes both had astigmatism and very near sighted with very thick glasses. All these years later my vision is still amazing other than using some readers for very small print in books

The pin holes make the light enter the eye straighter making it clear, vs the light entering from different angles making it need focus. I used to do that when I was a kid by making a small hole with my hand to see the white board in school.
