FYI most new build site managers get 30% commission on any additional features so wouldn’t recommend doing anything through them. You can get the same builders to do everything for cheaper

Wow…our Barratt home came with turf and an outside tap, we also had carpet/flooring throughout and all integrated appliances (washer/drier, dishwasher and fridge freezer ) included

We bought a persimmon & had pretty crazy prices like this. We also got quoted £180 per spot light in our kitchen 🫣 I got an outdoor tap fitted from a plumber & it cost £65?

It’s not worth getting any up grades in your new build it’s so much cheaper to have it done your self that’s what we did .

We brought a Crest Nicholson and this is crazy to me as we had all of these things included I just presumed they were standard. We managed to get all our flooring and appliances included which definitely saved a massive chunk
