so next time might i suggest using beef broth, and half the potatoes so they don’t get too soft! i cook mine on low for 8 hours for extra tenderness, but 6 works too, it’s a personal preference for all. also idk how common it is to use everywhere but i like to make a homemade gravy using flour, butter & the broth from the pot roast about 5 hours in, then add that gravy to the crockpot to cook with the roast, it tastes AMAZING 🤩
