@bettybarnett_: dealing with this for the past 7 years has been infuriating to say the least. i had surgery on it 5 and a half years ago and certain things are still not quite right and when things flare up it takes a huge toll on my mental health. i have a really bad habit of letting it get me down and just shutting down when it happens, so, instead im deciding to show up when i can and idk why recording it seems to help me not shut down but it feels like it gives me a bit more purpose and reason to show up and do what i can ! anyways rant over 🤭 #fyp #kneepainrelief #surgery
