you know... I dont think I know just how bad my mental state is. I see these animations and think "oh I kinda relate to this" and then proceed to think "no I dont. I dont have these kinds of reactions" I think im gaslighting myself into believing my mental is better but I cant actually tell because I feel like it would be kind of attention seeking to be like "yep I relate to this" when im not actuslly sure if I do or not.
