Girl I have a medication that is always out of stock. So I have to call every pharmacy in loke a 50 mile radius, try and get to a person just to be told they don't have my meds and then repeat the process 😅 Sometimes it takes HOURS!

As someone who works for one of those large Healthcare corps that owns pharmacies... yep. When I have to do internal transfers I have to go through the automated systems, too. I haaaaaaate it.

Yes, I'd rather speak to a pharmacist because when you, the automated system, looks up my account you can never find my prescriptions. I don't think I'm better than you, you just don't have all the information for some reason.

OMG!!!! I feel the same. I hate when I try and see if my prescription has been called in and the automated lady asks for my prescription number. I dont have one...its new. So I just keep saying pharmacist.. 🤣
