You can take your own food and lunch boxes on planes. I take snack trays/l with like 8 spaces for picky bits for my kids to eat and sandwiches or whatever they usually eat usually for lunch. Learnt my lesson first time flying an 11 hour flight and my daughter not liking any of the plane food options and living on Pringles. Also clothes wise sounds silly but if your somewhere that has a local laundrette, game changer!! Have everything washed, pressed and folded to chuck in your suitcase and just unpack on the other side, if theirs facilities local that offer it xx

I have taken now 3 flights alone with a 5 year old and 7 months old baby. It’s definitely not easy. So its pretty much anything goes as long as rhey will stay still and happy 😅 luckily its only 3 hour flights
