Got the same one and I agree.. one thing I don’t like is the sealed Hydro steer can’t work on em.. just have to replace when the time comes

I have one and it has been awesome. And yes has cut grass higher then my knees. Its a good one. Got mine in 2020. I have Kohler motor.

I am on my 3rd Cub Cadet since 2014. My house is set on the side of a hill and the lot is about 2 acres. The first two were with the steering wheel and would hold the hill like a mule. Unfortunately, the transmission’s went out on the first two. Did not like the Koehler motor as it was hard to start and leaked oil around the main seal. Absolutely loved the Cub Cadet Motor on the second one. Never leaked and generally always started the first turn of the key. Just upgraded to a Z3 Ultima. It has a little more beef to it and transmissions are serviceable. Still getting used to the paddles on a hill. It wants to corkscrew backwards, engine first, when I turn up hill to navigate trees or landscaping. Love the cut on 54” deck. Love the Kawasaki engine. Time will tell.
