I swear the Sky High mascara is tubing. When I put that stuff on the only way to take it off is with warm water.

I have hooded eyes and no mascara works, not even water proof. I have to say, I bought this and it surprisingly is waterproof and smudge proof; however, that warm water trick did not work for me. I still use a cleansing balm to remove it but at least it stays in place. 🙌🏽🙌🏽
