In five years of driving EV I’ve never spent more than 18 minutes at a supercharger. I’m not sure where you get your 40 minutes from? The new chargers are really fast.

If your phone battery is always low or phone dies because battery died, EV is not right for you. Because you have to plan ahead. If hate speech bringing your car in for oil changes then EV is great. If you eat while driving then Tesla FSD is perfect.

I always advise people don’t buy an EV unless you have a charger at home. Come home, plug and and go to sleep. Banking on outside charging can be stressful.

If that’s all your driving, just put it on the slow portable charger in the wall over night. That’s all I do at home. You’ll get over 100 miles range back each night
